Someone pointed me to this video that shows David White "flingin" (as titled in the YouTube Video) Andrew out of the truck as Adam Huber drives over a ditch. Also seen in the video is Robert Rogers. The young man who was thrown out of the truck also commented on the YouTube page. A year later, someone claiming to be his brother replied:
This video was taken over three years ago. It looks like hes throwing me but he barely touched me, he was trying to save me from falling.
